Ray has a strong relationship with all commercial agents, consultants, building owners and developers, both locally and nationally and is a Licensed Agents Representative. Ray has 35 years experience in the Property Industry in both Commercial Leasing and Management.

Ray began his career in the Port of Melbourne Authority and his role with the statutory authority involved leasing the office buildings at the World Trade Centre Complex and office/industrial facilities and green field sites on land under the control of the Port of Melbourne.

Ray has worked with Jones Lang Wootton (Jones Lang LaSalle) for over 10 years within the property management and commercial leasing divisions, later with DTZ Australia (4 years) as a Director of CBD Office leasing and has been instrumental in selling several commercial buildings in Melbourne.

JOHN WILLMOTT

Having a career in property that spans over 30 years, John has a definite affinity with this industry. Originally having establishing himself in general real estate practice covering residential and rural property, John expanded his expertise to include business brokerage and commercial property.

John recently concluded a 15 year engagement with a well-respected private investment company, as their Director of Property. His responsibilities included management and leasing of a significant commercial office building portfolio (CBD and Suburban), due diligence assessments of property for acquisition and preparation of buildings for sale.

After many years of involvement in the commercial property market, John enjoys the benefit of a strong and durable association with all the major Melbourne commercial agencies.
